Arrangement booking 10 people and up

Food needs to be preordered and the same menu will apply for everyone one.
It is however possible to make exceptions for vegetarians and allergy sufferers.

Lunch reservations are to be finished by 5pm latest.

When ordering for more than 10 people, a written order confirmation will be sent, and a deposit is required.

Payment terms

Paying is done with cash or credit at the end of the arrangement.
Foreign credit cards are received for a fee (2.5%)
Bills are not transmitted. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation terms and deposits*
Order confirmation needs to be confirmed needs to be confirmed via email within 5 days.

In case of absence from reserved arrangement, without written cancellation, warned as written below, we will unfortunately have to charge a no-show fee of at least 250 kr. Per person. If only part of the party is present a no-show fee will equally be charged for each absentee.
- Cancellation of more than 50% of the original party amount needs to be done 30 days before arrangement at latest.
- Cancellation of more than 25% of the original party amount needs to be done 14 days before the arrangement at latest.
- Cancellation of more than 10% of the original party amount needs to be done 7 days before the arrangement at latest.
Deposits (100 dkr. pr. person) should be paid or transferred via bank within 5 days after receiving order confirmation via email or post.

Remember to inform the date of arrangement and your name when transferring money. (e.g. 23/11-20 Knud Nielsen)
